The following steps explains how to re-blending your projector-based Walk Thru Wall. This is NOT intended for a brand new 1st configuration/installation.
Setting Up Mosaic Configuration
1) First, you will need to right click on the desktop background, showing you a drop-down menu of different options. Then, select the “NVIDIA Control Panel” option from the list.
2) This will open the NVIDIA Control Panel, allowing us to access the MOSAIC menu as shown below; you will then create a new configuration.
(Note: Displays is analogous to projectors)
(Note: Refresh rate and Resolution should be the default value as detected by the EDID/computer)
3) Once the order of the projectors has been determined you must click Apply. The screens will flicker and then return to displaying the image you were last viewing. Now click FINISH.
(Note: Do not click next or attempt to manage bezel/alignment any further. This will prevent the next step from completing the image blend through the managed software installed on your WTW server)
4) Once the displays are in order, you can now launch the ENGAGE WARP shortcut so that the image blending can be reapplied. This shortcut will either be on the desktop of the WTW system, in the START MENU (accessed by pressing the Windows key on the keyboard), or you can search for the app by pressing the windows key on the keyboard and typing ENGAGE.
5) After engaging the warp, the displays will flicker, and the projectors will readjust to the blended image that the screen was last calibrated to. This will fully re-engage the image blending and return the WTW system to normal use.
(Note: If the projectors have been relocated, moved, or knocked out of alignment, a new calibration will be needed which requires the included calibration camera. Please contact 8K Solutions support if this happens so that a technician can remote into the system and reconfigure the calibration software.)
Scalable Display Calibration
When the mosaic setup is complete your projectors should be correctly ordered from left to right. This creates a bezzle-less display, however, the blending has not yet been applied.

Following the steps detailed below we will go through the Scalable Display software to complete the blending of the projectors into one clean image.
1) First, right click on the desktop background and highlight Scalable Desktop, followed by clicking on the Scalable Desktop submenu:
2) The Scalable Display application will then open, presenting you with an initial menu, where you will select ‘Begin Setup’:
3) Confirming the number of projectors, you will then click ‘Next’.
4) Confirming the LOGITECH webcam is connected to the USB extension cable, and to the server, you will click ‘Next’ once more.
(Note: For a 2 camera setup, simply verify both cameras are listed and connected with a GREEN light next to each entry)
5) We will now tune the camera to the lighting level of the room we are installing the WTW in. First, verify the coverage of your camera by selecting the FOCUS PATTERN to easily contain the screen area within the view of the camera. This calibration will take a moment to adjust camera settings:
6) Once the camera adjustments are completed you will Auto-Tune the camera so that the best exposure, gain, and focus settings are selected in the software:
7) You will then BEGIN DATA COLLECTION. Ensure there is no movement in front of the camera during AUTO TUNE and DATA COLLECTION processes. Screen geometry will be selected as FLAT. You may then hit the next button to continue:
8) Now you select the “Pick boundary points within the camera image” option. This will create 4 reference points (1,2,3,4) that can be manipulated to frame the image according to the specifications of the job and room. Use the mouse to click and drag the points for LARGE movements and use the arrow-keys on the keyboard for precise SMALL movements of the boundary points.
The most effective way to start this process is to align the bottom horizontal points (3,4) followed by the left and right vertical points (1,3), (2,4). This will set up your floor, left, and right walls. Now you can make easy adjustments to the top (1,2) points to create a rectangular display.
9) When you are satisfied with the setup, click UPDATE CALIBRATION. You will receive a notification that the warp cannot yet be engaged. Click ‘OKAY’, then FINISH.
10) The final screen will present you with an option to ENGAGE the warp and complete the calibration. You will want to click the checkbox for enabling auto-warp on start-up of the PC.
You should now have a completed calibration:
