Replay - This Video File Cannot be Played. Error Code 224003
If you are trying to remotely view video clips from the 8K Replay system on an iPad, tablet, phone, etc and are getting a browser error 224003 that it cannot play the video file, the issue is likely to be that Windows Firewall is running on the Replay computer and preventing external devices from accessing the video files:
1) On the Replay computer, press the Windows key to bring up the Start menu. Alternately, you can press F11 to take the Replay application out of full screen so you can minimize it and get to the Windows desktop.
2) Go to the Windows Control Panel by searching for it on the Windows Start Menu
3) Select "System and Security"
4) Select "Windows Firewall"
5) Select "Turn Windows Firewall On or Off"
6) Select the bubble next to "Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended)" and then select OK
