Lyvve Coach - LED Board Flickering or Going Black (Resetting) During Usage
This is likely an issue where the Lyvve Coach is underpowered, especially if showing a PowerPoint presentation on the board. Using a PowerPoint presentation with a white background will require a lot of power so this is where you will often see this issue.
To fix this:
- Make sure you are connected to (2) 20amp circuits or to a 6500 watt generator using the y-splitter power cord. If both your power cords are plugged into the same power circuit, you won’t be able to draw enough power to adequately use your LED board.
- If using shore power, make sure you are using 12-gauge power cords and do not exceed 100’ in length.
- If you cannot use (2) circuits OR don’t have 12-gauge power cords, you can try to lower the brightness and therefore lower the amount of power required. Lower the brightness by pressing the knob on the NovaPro HD controller, selecting Brightness and using the knob to lower the brightness until the flickering stops.
