Typically if video is lost on the mastRcam camera system there are 2 types of errors you'll see on the monitor or UMR-20:
NO VIDEO SOURCE AVAILABLE
This error is typically a problem with the camera's signal and not the HD-100. You'll notice on the right side there's a message that reads "SDI IN 720/59.95P", which indicates that the UMR and monitor are detecting a video signal which is coming from the HD-100. But since we don't have a picture, this means the HD-100 is not receiving a video signal from the camera.
1) First check to make sure the camera is receiving power.
2) Make sure cables didn't come loose or disconnected. If there are other devices the video signal goes through (for example fiber converters), make sure they have power and cables are connected.
3) Worse case scenario is there's something faulty with the camera, but you could connect an SDI monitor or UMR directly to the camera's output to verify if the camera is bad.
INVALID SDI VIDEO
This error occurs because the HD-100 has failed.
1) By-pass the HD-100 by:
A) Either using a BNC barrel and taking both the IN and OUT from the HD-100 and barreling them together.
B) Or take the cable going to the IN on the HD-100 and plug it directly to the IN of the AJA.
