** AS OF DECEMBER 2020 - There is new firmware from Panasonic that fixes this issue. The steps below can be considered a temp fix until firmware can be updated
1. From your 150 Controller, press the MAINTENANCE button located on the right side of the controller. The touchscreen on the controller should look like the below picture:
2. On the Touchscreen, make sure you have “CAMERA MENU OP” active. Simply touch the menu to activate it, if needed.
3. Now, use the F1 knob to change the “Menu” option to “ON”. The text will flash until to press in the F1 knob to accept the change. Once you do that, a menu should appear on your TruVu monitor
4. Use the F2 knob to scroll through the menu options and when you are on “Pan/Tilt”, press in the F2 knob to activate that menu.
5. Now, scroll down to “P/T Speed Mode” and press in the F2 knob. This will allow you to change the setting to “Fast”.
6. That’s it! You can go back to the touchscreen on your controller and use the F1 knob to change “Menu” back to “Off” to get rid of the menu on the TruVu. You should no longer have sluggish control over your camera.
