Bolin SD530-NX and T-1010 Controllers - Wiper Not Working

If you are using a Bolin SD530-NX camera with an older Bolin T-1010 controller, the typical "Wiper On" and "Wiper Off" functions does not work. The 530-NX cameras use the "Cont Wiper ON/OFF" commands that the older T-1010 controllers do not have. The workaround is to call PRESET 64 to turn the wiper on, and call the preset again to turn the wiper off.
